Joe received the songwriter award plaque during the Airplay International awards show November 2001. Joe received the Trailblazer award at the King Eagle Awards show in Nashville in 1996 and 1997. He received the Songwriter Award at this show in 1998, 1999. Nominated for "Songwriter Award" 2000, received Songwriter Award 2001. Joe is a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 62.
